The world of Attarus needs you

and your story is about to begin.

A family orientated LARP system for younglings. Showing them imagination makes magic and magic is in the imagination.

📍 Fox Coverts Scout Camp

Leicester, UK
đź—“ 24th-26th July 2026

Our first event is on the horizon, and we’re inviting all brave hearts, curious minds, and future heroes to step into the world of Attarus as a member of the Guild of Golden Ravens.

About the Event

Friday is your calm before the storm, a fully out-of-character evening where you can arrive, set up camp, meet the team, and get your bearings. Ask questions, learn the ropes, and get comfortable. Think of it as the tavern night before the quest begins, minus the danger… mostly.

Then comes the turning of the tide.

Saturday and Sunday unleash the adventure.

The younglings of the Guild of Golden Ravens will venture into a world on the brink, where the great Dragon Crystals, the very source of magic in Attarus, are beginning to crack. Something is wrong. Something is stirring. And someone, somewhere, is responsible.

Expect adventure, mystery, battles, and a healthy dose of chaos as you uncover clues, face threats, and decide exactly who needs a good, heroic whooping to set things right.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • LARP stands for Live Action Role-Playing, a form of interactive game where participants physically act out their characters' actions in a real-world setting, often using costumes and props.

  • No experience is needed at all.

Attarus is designed to be beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you through everything from the moment you arrive, including how the game works and how to take part.

  • At a minimum, you’ll need:

    - Camping gear (tent, sleeping setup, etc.)

    - Clothing suitable for the weather

    - A basic costume

    - Props or roleplay items

    - We’ll provide guidance to help you prepare.

  • In-character camping places you within the immersive game world using themed tents and setups.

  • Yes, safety is a top priority.

The event is organised with clear rules, trained staff, and first aid support in place to ensure everyone can take part confidently and safely.

  • Attarus is a story-driven experience focused on quests, exploration, and shared moments — rather than player-vs-player combat.

Your actions shape the story, and the focus is on immersion and adventure.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own food, and catering options will be available as an add-on. Catering is £39 for the weekend consisting of 5 meals.

  • The event runs in all weather conditions, which adds to the atmosphere.
